Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

There are no refunds on merchandise ordered and delivered from the Listen To Your Single Friend store.

We are happy to process exchanges as online sizing can be tricky! To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange , we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You must identify the item you are exchanging for and the item must be of the same value. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within 7-10 days.
